EAGLE Organizations Participate in Financial Benchmarking Study
Business Consulting firm RKL has completed an in-depth study to develop financial ratio benchmarks for children, youth and family organizations using four years of audited financial data provided by 18 EAGLE-accredited organizations. Financial ratios are measurable and quantifiable tools for analyzing an organization’s strengths and weaknesses and ongoing measurement of the key financial drivers for not-for-profit organizations. The study, which resulted in a composite report of all the CYF agencies, was provided at no cost by RKL, a UMA Aldersgate-level annual sponsor. Each organization participating in the study will also receive a complimentary copy of its data. Learn more about the study when the results are shared during a breakout session at the UMA Annual Meeting this April in Boulder. The sessions will be led by Jeff Boland, Partner, RKL, Harrisburg, PA; and Joe Bernard, President and CEO, Spero Family Services, Mt. Vernon, IL.
